Terms & Conditions

Please note, I do charge an initial group fee of $150.00 which is for initial research and to provide you with the best possible group rate which may include any promotions, incentives, and applicable upgrades. This will also include any additional details for your group.  

However, once your wedding group is guaranteed the $150.00 fee is refunded back to you. 

Further terms and conditions may be found in the Tour operator’s website.  Also, once booking is made this will be provided depending on the Tour operators you booked with.

COVID-19 advisory: Please be advised that you may be denied boarding/entry if you exhibit COVID-19 symptoms or refuse to answer COVID-19-related questions. In some circumstances/countries you may also be required to produce proof of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 within a recent time frame prior to boarding/entry. Failure to produce such a document could impact your travel plans, and you may be required to pay additional travel costs. The passenger is responsible for checking up to date requirements for all modes of travel and entry requirements by country. 

Due to the current COVID19 crisis, many of the terms and conditions from suppliers, tour companies, cruise lines and airlines have been amended from their original terms and conditions. We as an agency, must adhere to those new terms. Please refer to the supplier website for the most up to date terms and conditions.

Airlines are required to deny boarding if the air traveler does not have a removable mask or face covering in their possession or if
they refuse to comply with an instruction given by a crew member or gate agent with respect to wearing a face mask. If you are denied boarding, there is no refund for unused air services.
